Hourly M&A Consulting
Jason offers 1-on-1 consulting services to a select few clients.
Typically, M&A consulting with Jason is structured in an open format. Meaning, the client asks any questions he or she would like for the duration, and Jason will answer.
If you have an existing deal in the pipeline that is serious or under some stage of due-diligence – even better. This is ideal.
Jason takes an individualized approach tailored to each client’s specific situation/background/competencies. Jason does not believe in “one-size-fits-all” solutions.
There is a one-hour minimum. The rate is $2,500/hour. We accept wire transfers only. Consulting can take place over Zoom or a phone call.
Jason’s time is limited, and he is virtually always working on his own transactions and companies. You’ll need to schedule a call below with Jason’s trusted associate for us to determine if you are a good fit.
